Services We Offer

On Site Fitness Service repairs, maintains, installs and reupholsters commercial and residential fitness equipment across Texas, and has done so since 2007 across more than 30,000 service calls in over 300 Texas cities. Everything is done at your facility, with one exception: reupholstery, where we collect the pads, recover them and come back to reinstall them.

On Site Fitness Service across Texas

  • 30,000+service calls completed since 2007
  • 300+Texas cities serviced
  • 9services detailed below
  • 23commercial brands serviced

Our technicians are factory trained, so manufacturer warranty labor is handled alongside ordinary out-of-warranty repairs, and OEM parts are used wherever the manufacturer supplies them. Nothing starts without an approved quote for the property.

Which service do you need?

  • Something has stopped working. That is repair. Because nobody in this industry stocks every part for every model, the first visit identifies the exact part so it is ordered once rather than guessed at.
  • You want things to stop breaking. That is preventative maintenance — inspection on a schedule, priced on the number of cardio and strength pieces in the room.
  • New equipment is arriving. That is installation, and assembly or relocation if it is being built, moved or taken apart.
  • It works but looks finished. That is upholstery — torn, cracked or mismatched pads recovered and reinstalled rather than the machine replaced.
  • It is still under warranty. That is warranty service — we are an authorized servicer for several manufacturers, so the labor is billed to them rather than to you.
  • Equipment is moving, or leaving. Relocation if it has to work at the other end; removal and haul away if it is going for good.
  • The mirrors are cracked, going black, or you want a smart mirror. That is mirrors — glass walls and smart fitness units both.
  • You are not sure. Call 800-730-5802 and describe what you are seeing. Most of what we are told turns out to be one of the patterns above.

Maintenance plans

Silver, Gold and Platinum differ in how far they go:

  • SilverInspect decks, belts, elevation systems, cables, pulleys, pins and frames for wear; adjust belts; lubricate visible pivot points and guide rods; keypad function tests; calibrate and test every unit for safe operation. No cleaning or waxing at this level.
  • GoldEverything in Silver, plus internal cleaning and vacuuming, treadmill deck waxing and upholstery cleaning — and fuller lubrication covering elevation systems, chains, gears, bushings and seat slides.
  • PlatinumA per-machine checklist by equipment type, adding exterior cleaning — hoods, frames, covers, chrome and flywheels — plus electrical and diagnostic checks: motor brushes, amp draw, error codes and usage hours.

Plans are priced on the number of cardio and strength pieces at the facility, and the interval is set by how hard the room is used rather than by the calendar. A machine-by-machine report is provided at every tier. See our maintenance programs or how PM programs are structured.

Services FAQs

What services does On Site Fitness Service actually provide?

Ten of them: equipment repair and diagnostics, preventative maintenance plans, PM program design, manufacturer warranty service, new-equipment installation, assembly, relocation, equipment removal and haul away, upholstery repair and reupholstery, and gym mirrors including smart fitness mirrors. Everything is done at your facility, with one exception — reupholstery, where we collect the pads, recover them and come back to reinstall them.

Do you only work on equipment you sold?

No. We service commercial and residential equipment regardless of where it came from. Our technicians are factory trained across the major manufacturers, and rooms holding machines of several different ages and brands are the normal situation rather than the exception.

How does a job start?

With an approved quote for a trip and diagnostic. A technician comes out, finds the actual fault and identifies the exact part before anything is ordered — that visit is what makes the rest of the job accurate. Repairs, warranty work and diagnostics are quoted and billed per property; preventative maintenance is the exception and can be priced across a portfolio with a volume discount.

Can you handle warranty work?

Yes. Our technicians are factory trained, so manufacturer warranty labor is billed to the manufacturer rather than to you, and it is handled by the same crew that does ordinary out-of-warranty repairs. Have the make, model and rough age to hand when you call.

Do you charge to travel outside the major metros?

Work inside the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio metros carries no travel charge. Outside those a travel charge applies and we tell you what it is when we quote. We have completed service calls in more than 300 Texas cities since 2007, so being outside a metro is not a barrier.

Is it cheaper to repair equipment or replace it?

Usually repair, and often by a wide margin. Frames outlast their wear parts and their upholstery by years, so equipment that looks finished is frequently equipment that needs parts and recovered pads. Where a machine genuinely is past the point of economical repair we will tell you rather than quoting work that will not hold.
