We repair, maintain and install commercial and residential fitness equipment on site across Texas, from single-machine repairs in apartment amenity rooms to whole-facility preventive maintenance for health clubs, corporate wellness centers, municipal recreation facilities and non-profits. Our technicians are factory trained, so warranty labor is handled alongside ordinary repairs, and Silver, Gold and Platinum maintenance plans are priced on the number of cardio and strength pieces at your facility.

Pick your city below for local detail — the brands we see most there, the kind of work we do, and the nearby communities we cover on the same route. Not listed? Call 800-730-5802; our coverage runs well past the cities with their own page.

If it is the kind of facility you run rather than the city that matters, see the facilities we serve — apartment and condo fitness rooms, health clubs, hotels, corporate wellness centers, municipal recreation and more.

If it is a particular machine that has failed, see the equipment we repair — treadmills, ellipticals and spin bikes, upright and recumbent exercise bikes, stair climbers and selectorized strength equipment, each with the symptoms we are called out for most and what a preventive maintenance visit checks.

Texas Fitness Equipment Service FAQs

What parts of Texas does On Site Fitness Service cover?

We work across Texas and have serviced more than 300 cities since 2007. Coverage is densest in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio metros, where we run regular routes, but we also travel to markets outside those areas. If your city is not listed above, call 800-730-5802 and we will tell you honestly what the scheduling looks like.

Do you service home equipment as well as commercial gyms?

Yes. We service both residential and commercial cardio and strength equipment. Most of our work is commercial - apartment and condo fitness rooms, health clubs, corporate wellness centers, municipal facilities and non-profits - but home treadmills and strength systems are repaired on the same visit basis.

Which equipment brands do you repair?

All the major commercial and residential lines, including Precor, Life Fitness, Matrix, Johnson Health Tech, Core Health & Fitness, StairMaster, Star Trac, Nautilus, Cybex, Technogym, Woodway, Octane, True Fitness, Hoist Fitness, FreeMotion, Inflight Fitness, Vision Fitness, Spirit Fitness and Concept2. We install OEM parts wherever the manufacturer supplies them.

Can you do manufacturer warranty repairs?

Yes. Our technicians are factory trained, so we carry out warranty labor on behalf of the manufacturers as well as ordinary out-of-warranty work. If your equipment is still in coverage, the repair is billed to the manufacturer rather than to you.

How are preventive maintenance plans priced?

Silver, Gold and Platinum plans are priced on the number of cardio and strength pieces at your facility, with the visit interval set to match how hard the room is used. Silver covers inspection, adjustment and lubrication; Gold adds deep cleaning and treadmill deck waxing; Platinum works every machine through its own checklist.

Why do you need a diagnostic visit before ordering a part?

Because nobody can stock parts for this industry. Every manufacturer builds its own, and two treadmills that look identical often take different belts and decks. Identifying the exact part on site is what stops the wrong one being ordered and costing another week of downtime.
