Brand and warranty questions
Which manufacturers are you authorized to do warranty work for?
Core Health & Fitness (including StairMaster, Star Trac and Nautilus), Johnson Health Tech (including Matrix, Vision and Horizon), Spirit Fitness, FreeMotion, Icon (including NordicTrack and ProForm) and Echelon. On those brands, covered warranty labor is billed to the manufacturer rather than to you.
Do you repair brands that are not listed here?
Almost certainly. We service more than 20 brands, and the pages here are the ones we repair most. Tell us the make and model when you call and we will say straight away whether we can help.
Why do the repair counts start in December 2024?
That is when our current field service records begin. We have been repairing these brands since 2007, so the counts are a floor, not a total.
