Municipal & Recreation Facilities FAQs
Do you provide documentation for each maintenance visit?
Yes. Each visit is recorded — what was inspected, what was adjusted and what was replaced — which supports both budget reporting and any question of due care.
Can you service older equipment nearing replacement?
Yes. A great deal of municipal equipment is kept in service past its original replacement date, and keeping it safe and running is normal work for us.
Do you work with city procurement processes?
We do. Call 800-730-5802 and we will quote in the format your procurement process needs.
Can you quote a fixed annual maintenance cost for our budget cycle?
Yes. Preventive maintenance is quoted up front on the number of cardio and strength pieces at the facility, so the plan cost is known before the year starts. Repairs are separate and quoted per job, since nothing starts without an approved quote — that keeps the planned spend predictable and the unplanned spend visible.
Do you service fire station and public safety fitness rooms?
Yes, regularly — municipal and public safety facilities are among the facility types we serve across Texas. They tend to run heavily used equipment in a small room with no staff assigned to it, which is the pattern that rewards a scheduled inspection most.
